Join the HOA
The Homeowner's Association is a non-profit corporation created to coordinate neighborhood communications, help preserve property values, and to maintain common properties of the association. The board members are elected by the homeowners and serve two year terms.
The dues we collect, assist with maintaining and improving properties in our association (entry ways, landscaping, and other common functions).
We also work to encourage harmonious partnership between our homeowners. Getting involved in our HOA is a great way to make friends and influence the policies and regulations that we all live by.
